Cervigard FHP Extended Fulcrum Guidelines

   1 - Correction potential X-Ray with C Spine minimal correction

   2 - Severe Cervical Kyphosis

   3 - Cervical Spine multilevel DJD

   4 - Severe FHP in large necks especially males

   5 - Long necks on patients 6'2" or taller

For use with 

The Extended Fulcrum comes with Velcro attached and 2 screws for attachment to the existing fulcrum.  

A correction potential X-Ray is required to utilize the Extended Fulcrum.  No X-Ray, No Extension.
